I must have been staring into my tea this morning, over breakfast, for about 20 minutes, pondering over a solution for a situation we’re facing.
Then I turned around, and saw my 5 month old son on the sofa, eating his blanket. When he saw me, he stopped all that he was doing and broke out into a most breathtaking smile.
Sometimes in life, we get so caught up with the small things, that we forget to appreciate the big things – our family, children, relationships. Lesson for me today: No problem is so big that one should miss out on life. Take time to appreciate the beauty of what we so often take for granted – life.
